Hi, I’m April! I’ve got lots of PHD’s (Projects Half Done) in knitting. I’m from Notts and studied knit at Trent. I love kitsch and brilliant knitting puns.
I try to create pieces of art with another purpose in mind. Hey, that looks cool! Well, you can also use it to hold your keys, store sweets, maybe one day my work will do your taxes and your washing up.
I have exhibited my work at FGP and will be selling my knitted creations in their shop. It’s the best place to catch me because I’m also the bar manager (unless you have a complaint, in which case – it’s my first day and I can’t remember who the manager is).
